Joe graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he worked for Burlington Northern Railroad in Denver, CO for about a year before returning to Austin, TX. Joe then worked in Austin as a Staff Engineer with the Railroad Commission of Texas for 11 years. During this time, he became registered in the state of Texas as a Professional Engineer, a license that he maintains to date (TX PE #75395). In 1998, Joe began working for Pepsco, Inc. (a Manufacturers' Representative Company started by his father and partner in 1987). He became a minority owner of Pepsco, Inc. in January 2000 and worked as such until August 2005 at which time he left to start PartneRep, Inc.
Joe and his wife Jackie have been married since 1990 and have two daughters - Katie and Jennifer.
Jeff has been affiliated with power generation and industrial applications for over 16 years. He studied nuclear power generation in the United States Navy and served onboard two submarines during his 9+ years of service. At the end of his Navy career, Jeff instructed and certified training programs at the Department of Energy, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Ballston Spa, NY. He was certified as a nuclear power plant supervisor and was responsible for supervising operations and planning maintenance on various power plant components. Jeff went on to work for Clyde Bergemann, Inc., a sootblowing solutions provider, in 1998 as a project manager and in 2001 was promoted to the position of Western Regional Manager. In the fall of 2005, he transitioned from his position as Regional Manager to begin PartnerRep, Inc. In addition to his experience in power generation and industrial applications, in 2007 Jeff received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
Jeff and his wife, Cristi, have been married since 1992 and have a spoiled golden retriever.
Andy has 33 combined years in the Pulp/Paper, Petro-Chemical, Power and Manufacturing Industries which include construction, maintenance, service and sales. He has served in different capacities from supervisory, planning, inspection and application assignments in these industries. Andy worked as a certified welder on piping and pressure parts for 25 years. He was also certified through the AWS as CWI (certified welding inspector) for 15 years. Andy joined Clyde Bergemann Inc. service department in 2002 to supervise installations, start-ups and perform typical service calls of boiler cleaning equipment. In 2007, he was promoted to Customer Support Engineer for Clyde Bergemann's newly formed Central Regional Office. This position quickly evolved from a technical support position into an aftermarket sales position.
Louisiana native, Andy and his wife, Lisa, have two grown children, Josh and Shellby and are the PROUD grandparents of four grandchildren.
